At Signature Community, we strive for total resident satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your home or our service, inform our property management staff. If we cannot correct the situation in a timely manner and to your satisfaction, you can terminate the lease at anytime within the first 30 days and without penalty

Signature Community SnapTours

We now have a page dedicated to our new SnapTours!
A SnapTour is video walkthrough lasting only about a minute but shows you every inch of the apartment you`re looking at. You can even call up the apartment`s property manager, both open the SnapTour, and discuss the apartment as though you were both on-site! It`s also helpful if you`ve already seen the apartment in person but now want to show it to a roommate, friend, or anyone for that matter!

The Lexington in Washington DC is our first SnapTour Property; we`ll update you as more properties are added - stay tuned!

A year ago today, we began rolling out the Signature Community brand name, and we`ve built it into what it is today - a great place to live! Thanks to everyone who made it possible, from our staff nationwide to, most importantly, our residents who Love the Place They Live!

New For 2008 - Safety Inspection Decal

Within the next week or so, all of our buildings will be displaying this decal on or near the front door to show that it has been inspected by our Safety Officer; these inspections occur regularly, and this is the Signature Community Seal of Acceptance. If you have any safety concerns or see something that we missed, please say something by reporting non-emergency safety issues to our toll-free number:

Gnarly! The Beethoven Has Great News for its Residents!

The Beethoven in Baltimore has just opened their very own on-site fitness center! With a variety of exercise machines now available, there`ll be no more trudging out to the gym in the cold this winter, making those New Year`s resolutions that much easier to keep!

Early Bird Rent Payment Raffle
Signature Community would like to thank everyone who participated in the Early Bird Rent Payment Raffle this December. After receiving over 400 entries, we`ve drawn a national winner of the $500 Signature Community Card to show our appreciation for our residents this holiday season.

As stated in the promotion that there would only be one winner drawn from all properties nationwide and that winner is from our Waldo Heights property in Kansas City - Congratulations to ELEONORE TURNER! Thanks again, to everyone who participated, and to everyone at Signature Community - have a great holiday and a Happy New Year!

Schneider Children`s Hospital, Sunnyside NY

Thanks to everyone in Sunnyside who came out to support Santa and his Signature Community helpers as they spent the day with the children in the Cancer unit of Schneider Children`s Hospital. The event was as successful as it was touching, thanks again and happy holidays to all!
